Just purchased a 2006 6.0 250 im new to I just purchased a 2006 f250 6.0. Im new to diesels.184,00 mi Has head studs and egr delete, new garrett stock turbo, 5" turbo back exaust with muffler delete.

Had hot start issues, shop did an air test and found bad Injector o rings. Is there anything else that could be related to cranking but not starting hot?

And is there anything else i should have him do while replacing the o rings? First time posting Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the nation.

Most of the time injector orings result in fuel in the coolant. If they are hearing air leaks in the the valve covers then I would suspect Standpipes or dummy plugs. The only oring in the injector that has to do with the oil system is the one in the very top and is not normally replaced when injector orings are replaced. It could be a bad injector that's stuck causing the pressure to bleed off.

Yep it was that top o-ring. Had those replaced and so far so good. Stand pipes and dummy plugs were already upgraded and good.

I have an 06 6.0
I ran 5” straight pipe out and put the kc turbo 10 blade in the turbo. I was leaking oil and blowing smoke out the exhaust so i took the turbo apart again and did a 360 rebuild. Now i have no smoking issues but oil is pouring pretty good out of my exhaust. What could be causing this? I replaced all the seals and orings when i built it
