I guess it depends on what one would consider scratch. Knowing you, you take that as I poured the castings for the rod ends, forged the heims, poured the molds for the poly bushings, turned the tube adapters, and made the DOM.
If that is your definition, then you are correct, I did not build it from scratch....however if you are capable of using common sense, "from scratch" would mean that I purchased the parts, such as the rod ends, adapters, and tube from a steel supplier..... proceeded to mock up brackets, weld them together, take measurements, create the links, cut out tabs with my plasma, build the steering, ream out knuckles to accept larger TRE's, ect.......Then, get the axle mounted under the truck with a suspension type that did not come with this vehicle, nor did I use any *pre-fabbed* parts. Then yes, I built it from scratch.
