Wet sand them out then polish , start with 400 , 600, 800, 1000 ,1500, then 2000 grit(use lots of water) to smooth them out . Then hit with a buffer and your favorite polish.

Long drawn out process lol but if your gonna go that far id have someone tig all those holes shut if you have no intentions of running the beadlocks ever again.. Id think it would look goofy if you didn't

Thanks guys

I thought about just putting in the bolts, But since I have to go through polishing them, welding um shut isn't a bad idea

so I'm having a hard time finding some one who can weld aluminum locally

in the mean time since its the weekend, do you guys think its a dumb idea to Wetsand/Polish and get the holes welded later? or am I just going to end up doing double the work?
How much damage will the Tig welding do to the surrounding area?

Roger that, already on order because no truck stops over here..

thinking of doing the whole wheel.. should I bother with one wetsand on there? if so what grit would you start at when it looks pretty decent already?
or just use the buffing compounds? Black and White..?
