got an 05 w/ mods listed in my sig.

lookin to run 13s on 1/4

need reliabilty, streetability when i need it, and also fuel economy when i need it.

plans to 6inch lift and 35 all terrains, a detroit trutrac also..

motorwise: studs, vgt-ss turbo upgrade??????, injectors, fuel pump, tranny work to keep up, accufab intake elbow (any good?) Spearco IC....anything else??

looks like you have a good combo. I would use elites stage II injectors and thier coolant recirc. Lines. I would get a regulated fuel return from elite or itp. For a pump I would go with a fass 150. For the tranny a bts for sure. Arp studs, egr delete, sct with tadds tunes.

i looked into elite for a while and was going to get all the stuff you just said.

after talking to brian at black widow i think i am going to go with a 66mm turbo (can always go bigger) 190cc injectors w/ fass system.

thats further down the line, i got the tunes, exhaust, and intake-

I would also say to run JW's tunes as well. Remember how well Stroked Lightning performed with the stock trans and TC? Gene could not break that thing. It is all in the tuning.

Sry, I was told that JW was no longer dealing with the 5Rs and 6.0s. But if I was told wrong then and ur in cali go for it.

Never used anything from BWD, but all the stuff I listed above, I know works.

I have run Johns Tunes, and they are bad ass. If he got lucky, he gets lucky a lot. Matter of fact, I am hoping he gets lucky in the Deranged Ranger.:tree:
