2015 6.7 boost gauge will peg the needle but truck has no power then when I let off the throttle I hear a barking noise I'm assuming the waste gate dumping pressure. Usually only does it when the truck is cold but has done it after a fuel stop before. Truck also feels like it shifted to a lower gear but indicator shows 6th gear. Truck has been deleted and tuned (mild tune) a couple of years ago and has always ran good until now. Any ideas?

Certainly sounds like VGT sticking closed. Try a fuel system cleaner such as HSS to attempt to clean some soot out. You’d have to look at live data while it’s acting up to see that the ECM is commanding lower VGT cycle but actual is much higher to confirm this. Otherwise likely have to replace the turbo.
