Im lost and have been searching on here for a few hours now and can't find out what exactly is going on. I have an 06 F250 with 74k on her. Anyways this past weekend I was driving from Missouri to Kentucky and back in the matter of 24 hours. As I was driving the fan kicked on and has stayed on ever since?? Also I have no heat in the cab. It will come in and out on different occasions. The temp gauge is running normal and no puking. I dont have any gauges on the truck so I could tell you what the eot and ect are running. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Coolant level is fine, I was under the impression that if you had a blown head gasket the oil would be milky and there would be smoke coming out the tail pipe. None of that happens??

the heater issue could be a air pocket in the cooling system or a vacume leak or a water pump issue. the water pumps tend to slip on the shaft.there only pressed on
