My dad lives in a travel trailer. He bought an early 03 6.0 Supercab 4x4

HPOP had no pressure, oil coolant was mixed and the turbo was cracked. Oh, the x1,2,3 FICM connectors were zip tied on.

This is what was already there, what I have done and what I think still needs to be done.

California registration so emissions upgraded.

Preexisting:
Aftermarket CAC and intercooler
FICM Upgrade.
Aluminum radiator.

The one problem that I see is that the IPR coolant filter manifold plugs into the oil cooler cover port. That port won't be there because the oil cooler cover will be replaced with the BPD air-to-oil cooler base plate. You can use the IPR coolant filter itself with no problems. It's just not going to be connected through the manifold. So... you save a little cash.

Valves came in yesterday. Wow. I haven't seen quality from Japan in years. Worth the $25 each. IPR High flow coolant filter came in today. Looks like it was kicked around the shop floor with the edge nicks and face scratches, otherwise I'm excited for it. No vendor stickers. Guess I won't advertise for IPR on my back window.

m3a1ht you're right. I had already placed the order. Wanna buy an IPR manifold adapter? Got one for sale.

Ya know... that manifold is cooler than cool, but I have a BPD oil cooler relocation. ...so I have the same BPD oil cooler base plate that you will. No manifold for us!

You will definitely be able to get your money out of that, though. Post it here and on the ORG.

Well everything listed is in. Broken injector connector driver side. Rear one, waiting in FedEx. Overnight part ap0040 from XDP

Hereso the bad news, rear two injector connector fell in on passenger side. Pulling inner fender now.

Everything together except what's out of the way to pull both value covers.

FML SMH. not an easy Shade tree job for a 6.0 Virgin. Hoping tomorrow I'll fire it up. Praying for no leaks. 124k miles and it's never had a drip. Hope it stays that way.

@JustSayWhen have you sold that IPR coolant manifold yet? I'd be interested in it.
I spend all my time on the org so I don't have the post count over here to pm you :doh:

Sneaky 2nd post, I have a guy on the org offer me a used IPR coolant filter setup but his was an older one that T'd into the heater hose. I really want to run the manifold so I have the ability to easily back flush the oil cooler. I went through a clogged oil cooler in my old 6.4 and they're not as easy to change as a 6.0 so I put a BPD air/oil kit in that. Expensive but it sure kept the temps down
