I have a 2018 F250 Superduty with 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel and checking if there are any aftermarket programmers to improve MPG when towing ..... I current get 8-9 MPG? Thanks for you responses.

Honestly I don’t think those numbers are terrible for the weight. What does the Truck have for gearing? Highway or rural road towing? And IMO you need a 1 ton for a 16k lb trailer..

16K behind a stock (assuming) 6.7L and getting 8-9mpg isnt horrible. Are you pulling hills or flat?
When pulling a 16K loaded 20' conex box on a gooseneck across Oregon/Idaho at 65mph, I averaged around those numbers on a stock 11' 6.7L.
After doing all the emission deletes, it bumped up to around 12mpg or so. That is a lot of trailer for a f250 tho...
