the problem is on the E99 you have to pull the whole turbo to change the wheel and i dont have any heated places to do it right now and i have two fins that are pretty dusted and dont want to screw everything up

I've got a friend named Jeremy that is the diesel tech at Bedford Ford and has his own shop on the side. PM me if you want the number.

Once again. Why waste your money on a wicked wheel when the early 99's have them FACTORY? What are you accomplishing here?

Thats why

Its a wheel with 2 dusted fins. Know how many trucks have dusted fins? It's not like the bearings are junk in this thing. I just don't see wasting money on a turbo that has 2 dusted fins, especially on a e99 that probably has some miles on it and will need a turbo after while. Your not going to notice a sotp difference from a dusted wheel...
