so i've seen a few threads but i figured i'd ask, since my situation is a bit different.

i only drive my truck friday evenings for 9 straight hours only stopping for fuel.
i drive back sunday evenings for 9 straight hours, only stopping for fuel.

during the week my truck is not driven since i live in my RV on the jobsite.

whether the truck is operating temp or first crank of day in 28 degree weather, while it's idling, it lopes, BAD!
it has never done this before and i have been running the SCT for 4k miles now.
it is on extreme tune. any advice?

i am making my drive this week on thursday so i'd like to fix whatever it is before then.

thanks!

Try putting it back to your stock tune. If your lope goes away it narrows it down a bit.

Actually fuel filters are past due. I have them in my back seat, guess ill change them. I have an appointment to have oil changed today so that'll knock that out of equation. My air filter is afe stage 2 and not too old.

Thanks guys.

Does it smoke when this happens? Mine did an it was a injector miss firing.

I changed my fuel filters too recently because of the same issue. It didn't help my lope at idle though. I have no codes, but my truck also lopes at idle. When it is cold, I notice it more. But even when it is fully warmed up it fluctuates. Anyone know what causes this even when there are no codes stored? Could it be a sensor?? It does it running tunes, or when I set it to stock. It is more noticeable when it is tuned though.

My truck has been throwing a P2289 code for a while now and if I clear it the truck lopes at idle unless completely warmed up. I have no idea what it is but its going in soon to get looked at

How badly does your truck lope when you first start it? And how much do your RPM's fluctuate while it is loping? I have no codes though, may you have a different issue that's causing your lope..

Ill have to take a video of it but its a very noticeable lope, its not a slight lope at all. the RPMs jump from about 500 to 900

Yeah my code is Injector control pressure too high- engine off.

It almost lopes as much as when I had the RCD 585 lope loaded on the truck
