Just depends on how much lift, what all has been changed, and what kind of shape the parts are in. Shouldn't be too bad.

Depends on a couple things, mainly whether you get stuck somewhere or break something and have to wait on parts. But if nothing goes wrong figure a weekend of work for each truck maybe a couple days more if its your first time.

Trucks side by side in the same garage, three or four people working, I'd say a weekend fairly easily if you don't have any unexpected problems,, (Broke parts) etc...
These being straight axle trucks, the lifts are not that complicated I'm sure. I installed an IFS in my 90 Chevy all alone, with no lift.

if its the 02 in your sig it has strait axle? I put my lift on in about 3 hours give or take a couple minutes (two people working on it and no lift just jack stands and jacks) I had 6 inch lift and 37's. we swapped a ifs duramax 6 inch lift from one truck to another and that took about 6 hours both without post lifts.. all depends on if something breaks and how dedicated you are.. but not alot goes into solid front axle lifts.

We did it in a drive way (not ours either) in about 3 hours. There were 4 of us and only 2 of us KNEW what we were doing. That was an 00 with 8in lift.
