Well you need to ask yourself a few ? 1 do you tow with your truck, 2 if not do you plan to tow with your truck, 3 how much weight do you tow, 4 is it a 5 wheel or a pull hitch answer those and I can help you out.

I do tow with a pull hitch, no that much weight though.

4-6 inch is what I'm thinking. For tires I wish I could afford a conversion kit to run the semi tires but they are too much $$$. I need to find a tire that will fit the stock rims, not look too much like balloons, and figure out what to do to space the rear tires so they dont hit each other.

Thanks again for the help. :ford:

Powerstrokindually told me to check out Fred too. He said going froma 235 to a 265 you would need a 2" spacer, because your going from a 8" wide tire to a 10" wide tire. It's an inch wider on each side X 2 = 2" spacer.

Here is a pic of my buddies dually. needs more tire for the amount of lift IMHO though.

That is nice. I agree about the tires though.

I think I'm going with a 6inch lift, probably Skyjacker. 6inch mostly so I dont have to mess with the DL's. Still trying to figure out what tires. 35x12.50x16 or 265/?/16, not sure what would look better on the stock rims. And some kind of 2" spacer for the rear so I dont have to cut the wheel lugs and so the tires wont rub.
