Check data with scan tool. FICM volts, ICP/IPR duty cycle, make sure you have good fuel pressure, good cam and crank signals, and make sure oil is in good conidition. Verify MAP, BARO and EBP are reading correctly also. This is pretty much all you need to make a 6.0 run well.

Does boost stay steady when this happens? And you said there is no smoke at all when this happens? Are injectors all original?

yes boost stays steady and there is no smoke. I don't have a scan tool yet but am I able to use sct livewire ts to check any of the stuff you mentioned? would a VGT issue cause these kind of symptoms?

If the VGT was an issue boost would change. You can see what the SCT will give you, i have not used it. What are your boost numbers at WOT?
