I talked to the folks at *** about this turbo. It was reported to be very good. I want to hear from guys that have experience with this turbo. Primarily towing and daily driving. I pull a 10K trailer to sled pulls and then pull at the event. I am trying to pick the best turbo for my truck.

I am running B codes and stealth BO with DP tunes.

Keep strokin'

I'm curious about this one too. How does it compare to something like Bean's Modified H2E?

Kainers, I'm already here!!!

Just ordered a short block from *** to go with the rest of the stuff I got (DI BDs 010 EDMed, KASB, fire-ringed *** heads, h-max tapercore and the usual rest of the stuff). Will be at least 8 weeks before they get the block ready. Engine in truck is just about wasted so can't hardly wait to get started when it gets here. Engine will be simular to ***'s tow truck motor. Just want it for daily driver freeway commuter/ 10K tow truck/Occasional Norcal diesel event fun and games. Actually, nothing special.

*** did say "minor firewall damage" meaning pound it in about an inch with the bigggest mushroom head/air hammer you can find for KASB turbo clearance (the thing is pretty damn big) and provides a spacer to relocate the wiper motor when you get the KASB. H-max provides a 3" downpipe but *** suggests a 3.5" or 4" one for best results (read major firewall/floorboard damage with plasma cutter and weld in patches). Truck will have zero resale value when I'm done. :D

Also time to install the ORU fully prepped D-60/cryofrozen rotors and TSM rear disk brakes so the thing will stop. Also BTS made me an offer I can't refuse to "freshen up" the BTS while the engine is out.

So what kind of flow numbers does the KASB have generally?
