I ran the truck around 170 miles - oil is still clear as can be! Changing it Monday.

I'd probly pull the filter, cut it open, then decide if it needs total change or just another filter

Seems like KC Turbo's final offer is to simply refund the money I paid for the turbo they sent.

I offered to drive up to Apache Junction and let them check out the install. I'll have to call this morning to find out the status n that.

I am completely amazed at the old girl. She has been so mistreated and yet still runs wonderfully with her new power train. Ford sure did make a strong engine!

I've been pleased with the 4 Seasons kits sold at Auto Zone. Usually comes with compressor, dryer, orface tube and oil.

Oil pan had a small leak at the rear, hence discovering moroso makes an oil pan gasket for these engines. So that's what it got fixed with.

I'd like a heavier after market pan, but haven't found one.

How did the Moroso do? Did you take it all the way out or just raise it?

All the way back out, 4.5 hours to remove 2 hours to clean and reassemble, and 6 hours back together

at least yours is from a seal Jax.
mine is from a rust hole in the bottom of the oil pan.
