First of all my truck runs fine and starts right up in the morning. I have 1996 with 245k California model which has split shot injectors with original HPOP. I recently got done rebuilding my turbo, fuel bowl, and IPR valve. So my question is does the duty cycle matter on a cold start? In the morning when the oil is around 50 degrees my IPR duty cycle was at 29% and ICP was around 615 at idle. Once it’s all warmed up it’s at 14% and 550ish respectively. I’ve seen a lot of info on this but all the info is when the motor is warmed up. At WOT it’s around 42% and 2500 psi when warmed. Nothing amazing but seems ok. I’m just confused at the values before the motor is warmed. If someone can educate me or point me in the right direction I’d appreciate it. Thanks

Probably has to do with multi viscosity oil. Cold it is at the lesser weight and viscosity increases as it warms up.
