Planning to fab airride (front and rear) for OBS.
For the last truck, I built was rear end only. Will be building for front this time also.
Kit designs should include
1) ajustable lifts 4"-8" depending on bags used.
2) universal bag mounts (that way I can build a few extra for the locals)
3) 5 link for maximum suspension travel (correct me if I'm wrong)
4) solid front axle aplication only.
5) adjustable tubing arms.

Hey, I know this is a pretty old post, but I was wondering if u ever built that air ride system u mentioned? I've been thinking about doing the same thing. BTW, where in Alberta are u located?

I did some what. I did the 05 axle conversion on the front and put airbags instead of coils. ImageUploadedByAG Free1435164022.817031.jpg

I took the time to measure the center hub to fender clearance.
Air out= 20.5 inches on all
Max air in=25.5 front & 26.5 rear
Ride height= 23.5 & 24 inch

No towing yet, rear bags nicer than my 2011 did, front bags are too small so it's way too rough (quite a bit smoother than factory 97 Ford setup, but not nearly as nice as the 2011). I will be sourcing some bigger bags or adding accumulator tanks.
