I have a 2000 7.3 with a ZF6 and was looking into a set of Injectors. The only problem I have run into is find info on stage 1 vs stage 1.5 injectors. So my concern is will the larger nozzles effect cold start capability’s and does the stock nozzle have enough time to Inject all of its fuel before the exhaust stroke? Is it even using all of that fuel on a regular basis? Also for those that have them how noticeable is the power difference between the two? Might run a 180/30 and KC 63/73. Having trouble making up my mind. Also is there a torque increase with the stage 1s vs the stage 1.5s? Was looking to upgrade to a KC 63/68 next year and am shooting for around 400 hp and 800lb ft of torque. Also keep in mind I do sometimes tow up to 20 thousand pounds. Thanks guys

Call Jim at Rosewood Diesel. He can give you more than a good education as well as build your injectors for a reasonable price.
