Any one know what the pressure should be @idle.took mine for a test drive,log showed 470-490 at 670-690 rpm.drove home and it died on the uphill to my driveway.Now no start,ICP at 150psi cranking:(

You need 500ish Psi to start the truck... If you unplug the icp sensor, will it start?

if you were going uphill check the sheetmetal nut on your ipr. Bet she came off ;)

Thanks for the info,seems like the pressure was low across the range 2900 @3200 rpm
I had to to pull it up the driveway and leave for a few hours I will look at it in the morning

the 2900 isn't bad for a stock pump. But you need 500 to start. Like said previously check the ipr.

Just checked,the nut was loose so I'm running again.
going out to test it again.I think I should have more pressure with the T500 pump. Forgot to update my sig,now running 238/80 inj

might need some more oil with those inj. Glad you found the loose nut. Not the one behind the wheel, LOL!
