bearing craped out today on the way home. Was able to replace roadside, but the bushing on the bolt got fubared from the heat. Does anyone know where to get the bushing or do i need to visit the dealer for a new bolt.
Muchas gracias.

Is it the LH thread bolt? Sometimes they come with a new tensioner.

Presumably this is for one of the fixed idlers, not the tensioner. But which idler? The ribbed one next to the tensioner, or the smooth one on top?

Correct -The ribbed one. The bolt has a plastic bushing, and the dealer doesn't sell the bolt or the bushing...

Replace it with the SD style tensioner.

Easy swap.

Not worth it, IMHO; you have to buy the SD tensioner and a new belt, its less expensive to buy the OEM or "upgraded" tensioner, and you have to spend your time modding the bracket.

Well, the FSM doesn't do a part breakdown on the bolt or bushing/washer. Every listing for the pulley itself (either one) only includes the pulley.

Hmm, doesn't the top smooth one have the same bushing? Best bet might be to remove it, carry it into the local grampa-style hardware store with the gazillion McMaster-Carr bins and the wood floor and the old black dog, and find the closest match.
