Recently notice my trucks icp was leaking and then soon after i had a crank no start problem that was resolved when the ICP was unplugged. So I replaced the icp and pigtail and when that didn’t fix it I replaced the ipr thinking maybe it wouldn’t be building adequate hpop pressure with a bad ipr. When that didn’t fix it I thought hook a monitor to it and stop throwing money at it. I read ipr and icp and both were good. While cranking it took a bit of time to get up to 500 icp but it did and then would start but only when the icp was unplugged. ( I knew the icp got to 500 because I removed the icp and replaced it with a manual gauge.) I have tried multiple different icps know to work and non work on my truck. Plus readings on the cts3 I was using seemed to be accurate but still it wouldn’t start even when the psi got up to 2k. Lots of smoke when cranking. I’m stumped any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
