Look on the passenger side valve cover, towards front of the engine, is there a sensor with a 3 wire harness going to it?

I look at IPR command, if its at 15% the sensor is probably bad. What are the symptoms? If a no start you can unplug it, if the motor then starts replace the sensor. Monitoring, like the CTS, Dashboss etc. makes things much, much easier.
