That’s a massive gamble just to save a few bucks. I wouldn’t do it, but that’s just me.
I need help upon pulling rocker box and valve covers
Do I need to have the heads machine or since I never had a coolant leak can I just put new gaskets in it and put my studs in and put it back together?

For stock valve train use a set of 6,4L pushrods
a mahle gasket kit would be fine, it’s OEM. Ford kit is a little more complete but not a big difference.
what year is the truck?
it greatly depends upon location and machine shop experience for price. Anywhere from 300-750$ for clean, cut, shave, magnaflux and pressure check. It will be more than that if you want the valves pulled and checked
