Hello,
I have a 2006 f250 6.0 4x4 with 201k miles.

I have had this hum at about 55-60 mph the whole time i have had this truck. It only happens on the deceleration though not when accelerating. I have replaced the hub, all the tie rods and balljoints, front ujoints and other steering components too like the drag link and steering shock. Also have new tires and it still is around. when I turn the wheel slightly to the right it goes away though.

I can feel the vibration in my left foot as it sits on the ground and you can hear it clearly but goes away going any faster than 55-60 or any slower as well.

thank you

Mine had always done this as well, but at any speed. With the slight turning of the wheel it went away, so I thought something power steering related. Changed out the power steering control box and still have the sound.

I've just learned to live with it after that.....lol
