First I want to say THANKS to Morgan Primm of Midwest Diesel & Auto who I probably got 75% of all my parts from. His before and after support is the best I have ever come across. Thanks Morgan.

This is a 6.4L build that has been going on for about 7 months now at Dynamic Diesel in Snohomish, WA. Just fired up a few days ago. We're calling it Project Street Sleeper and Diesel World will be doing a write up on it in the next few months. I'll share the build list and then some pics. Power wise I will say that Morgan was able to make 811 RWHP with a similar setup truck using the turbos I have. That truck didn't have fully ported heads, Stage 3 intake manifold, Stage 1 cam, or water/meth. We do. We're hoping to dyno May 24th and we aren't sure what it's going to make. We're guessing until we dyno but figure it'll be around the 900 RWHP mark give or take. It's just a guess though.

Ya 900 RWHP could be a pipe dream. Some think I wont make it others think I will. Hopefully we'll find out for sure at BD dyno days on May 24th. I probably have just in parts, porting and machine work 35K to 40K in parts and machine shop work in the engine. Trans, Flex plate, and TC is around 10K. It's got other suspension mods and stuff as well. We aren't even talking labor here which is stupid high as well. Not really impressed with what I spent but I wanted iot as strong as possible. Honestly if I had to do it again I probably wouldn't. I didn't realize it would end up costing me as much as it did.

Well at least it will be very reliable and bulletproofed. Shouldn't have to worry about a thing. And I was just wondering because I have access to an engine machine shop where I could do all of this and wouldn't cost a dime. But I'm not gonna be able to swing 40k n parts lol

It probably has 15 miles on it. Working out a tuning issue at the moment. Hopefully that will be fixed tomorrow so we can start getting some miles on it and somewhat broken in for the dynoing on May 24th.

Sweet build bud! What did you use to extend the no limit air filter like that?

In the picture below you can see the steel lines coming from the front K16 pump. The No Fab black hose that attaches to the turbos is actually laying on them. With the filter on it you can see from the picture the air filter would have been hitting the hood of the truck when we shut the hood. So we actually used some 4" exhaust pipe. Sanded, primed and painted it looks pretty good and I have the air filter pointed at the fender well now. It fixed a fitment issue we had and I kinda like it better this way.

Just an update. Not going to be able to make BD Dyno Days on May 24th. The trucks not going to be broken in enough. Still working out some bugs. We'll be at the Fall dyno event they put on though. Hopefully we'll dyno some time in June and as soon as I do I'll update this thread.

Sweet build!! I can't wait to hear the numbers. I would probably be terrified to drive that thing on a rainy day with that much horsepower. Nice!!:psn:

Nope not yet. We were "are" having tuning issues. Having a surging fuel rail pressure issue. After for ever screwing with it we think it's the SCT Livewire platform itself. We are going to try a H&S with the same tuning and see if the issue goes away. When I do dyno are drag the truck which is scheduled to happen Aug 2nd I'll post up some numbers.
