What gaskets/ o-rings do i need to get to swap in a super-duty pump? Also anyone have a part number list? Lastly what kind of power do you think i am making now, and how much will more oil add? I would think it would be a lot since i get a engine light after 5-10 seconds of petal to the floor in Tony's extreme burn.

I simply removed my stock OBS 15* and replaced it with a 17* and down the road I went .I can say the truck is better all around . I have the same mods as you soo do it. I would have used a new gasket but the old one stayed put no leaky's.

Part numbers are in the link in my signature, Joats page. I would have the gaskets and O-rings on hand to be safe.

Since you're already there, you should DEFINITELY replace all the o rings, and the pump gasket.

The O rings are #5 BOSS for the heads (2 for the lines) and #6 BOSS for the pumps (2 for the lines, and 1 for the plug on the back) IH sells both of these.
#5's are seperate, #6's are in a kit with loc tite and instructions for replacing on the pump. (They want you to loc tite the plug in the back of the HPOP)

You can get a new gasket from IH as well.

Believe me, I've been stranded by HPO O rings, glad I had some extras. If I would have replaced them all when I had the chance, and was already workign on it, never would have been an issue.

I changed the gasket when I did mine. The 15* and 17* pump gaskets were not the same, but I have no idea why they are different.
