I'm going to hit the rollers pretty soon so I was wanting good advice on how to load, what gear to go in (OD or not), how many rpm's to go to etc, etc. I'm sure the first time, I'll let a pro do it for me but I'd still like to know how myself. Thanks!

Usually with these trucks since there is no direct way to just lock out OD, they run the truck in OD

Basically you will get the truck rolling, get it to shift into OD and hold it there just into the gear, around 50mph and maybe 1250-1500 rpm or so. When you give the operator the nod, or he gives you the nod and pushes the button you will want to get the pedal to the floor as fast as possible BUT without forcing the trans to downshift, seemed once you were over 2,000rpm it was good. So roll your foot into the pedal as quick as you can but without downshifting and have it to the floor by the time the truck hits 2k rpm. From there just hold it till you tach out around 4k and then lift. Sometimes the brakes help in lighting the turbo down low, or you might find some other pedeling tricks that work for your truck, but its pretty straight forward once you go through the process.

Normally when you have your truck dynoed you don't run it. The people the own the dyno will.

But to get an accurate reading you bring the truck up slowly to your direct drive gear so you have a 1:1 ratio.

You dont want it to down shift or shift into OD
