How many miles do you go before you change zf6 fluid?

I forget. I am only driving about 5k miles per year with the truck now. How many miles do you guys normally go before changing? I only tow occasionally. Most of the miles are unloaded and the towing miles are short around town trips.

30k if towing alot, 50k under normal conditions
