ive been told some states people leave them in place to look good for emissions .ive also been told if the pipe coming off the turbo is a straight pipe going to the exhaust no tees or tubing coming off the downpipe that means i have an egr delete.is this true?

Find passenger Y pipe that goes up to the turbo. At the front side of the pipe (toward the front of the truck) look for a long cooler that is attached to it via a V band clamp. I dont know how else to explain it...

Google 6.0 diesel egr cooler pics under hood
