05 6.0 studded deleted everything got a hot no start so replace ipr icp then replaced hpop ..still had issues started cold instantly and had great pressure when running hot or cold but but once hot and shut off it would only build anywhere from 200icp psi to 300icp psi ipr at 84% then Did the dummy plugs and stand pipes drivers side stand pipe had blow apart oring so thought I found the culprit did both dummy plus both couples but only the one stand pipe bc of clearance issues on passenger side ran great for like a week started hot or cold then today on the way home from work I shut it off oil cooler is going out ect-192 eot-219 and bam 260icp psi and don't know where to go from here

I would suggest an air test before throwing anymore parts at it.

And yes, you do need an oil cooler asap.

Separate the standpipe to do the passenger side.

If you didn;t use OEM parts, you may have added a few more issues than you solved.

+1 on a new oil cooler - assuming your temperature sensors are accurate. You should check to see if temperatures are all the same in the morning, after a good 10 hours of no operation (typically overnight).
EOT, ECT, IAT1, IAT2, TFT all should be within a few degrees of each other

In morning everything is perfect temperatures are right rise to operating temperature and when idling and will restart but once driving temp will continue to climb and then won't restart

Likely you still have a leak in the high pressure oil system. It gets worse as oil temperature rises. High oil temperature is not good for o-ring life either.
