Hi, new to site. I've got an 06 6.0, have oil cooler and egr cooler replaced about 6 months ago. Sinister oil/egr cooler and seals. Noticed wrench light on twice couple weeks ago. Got a monitor and after running engine to temp and about a 15 min drive @ 60-65 mph on flat road ect 188-190 eot 125-128. Running rotella t6 synthetic and final charge global with coolant filter installed when coolers were installed. I really don't want to have to do cooler again. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like oil temp sensor is bad. 15 minutes of run time should net a higher oil temp.
Hell, I think we'd all love oil temps like that. Lol
Now if that's supposed to be 225-228, then yes, cooler is clogging. Many have seen them clog within a day, if a proper flush wasn't done.
Also the bypass style filters have been proven to not do much. Really a full flow filter is best, as it filters every bit of coolant going into the cooler.
