Hello everyone. I've been having a great deal of troubles with my truck here lately. It's a 94 with 121000 miles on her. Ruff idle and will just die out of the blue. Recently took her to a local diesel repair shop and they replaced the Injector control module. $420 for that part alone which did nothing. I have replaced just about every sensor dealing with the high pressure oil to the injectors. I bought a cable off of Amazon and have Forscan software for my laptop. I can retrieve live running data from the sensors. The IPR is only at 650 lbs while at an idle. If I unplug my ICP idle doesn't change much. Weird part is my ABS light comes on when sensor is unplugged? Truck has a new IPR and the the magnet/coil will test at 11.1 ohms. New fuel filter, removed the fuel pressure housing and cleaned the screen that's inside. It did have some gunk on it. While running yesterday doing the live readings, it sprang a major oil leak up top somewhere.
All in all, What parameters should I be getting while doing the live readings? Shouldn't my IPR readings be like 2000+ lbs?

As you can tell from this post, I'm very new to the diesel engine world. I can fix just about anything if I know what I'm looking for. Any advise please?

Specifically what parts did you replace, and what brands?

ICP of 650 psi at idle sounds quite normal. It will only go to 2000-3000 psi under load.

Have you checked for codes, and done buzz / contribution tests?
