Hello again, so my icp is reading 478 psi and ipr 11.4 %. Warm and idling in park. All seems well. No codes at all. But my icp plug has oil in it, nothing leaking out, if it is it's not much at all. Just wondering does my icp need replacing?

I would personally, eventually it'll go out if there is oil in the connection. You can get a new OEM one on ebay for around $130 and its easy to change out. Part number is F6TZ-9F838-A for the 97-03 trucks. Just make sure it is OEM. Might also consider changing the IPR with it if you're willing to spend the money.
