I have a HD F250 with 4 HID lights in the bumper. This winter had destroyed all the wiring. I took off the bumper and cut all the wires that were toast. All the ballasts and bulbs are fine and in working condition. I found the 2 Wire harnesses that are controlled by the main dash, but the OEM plugs were cut off. All i want is to hook all 4 HID lights up and have them turn on by that main dash switch. can anyone help me???
There was relays and wires running from one of the batteries but it was corroded, so i disconnected all of it.

I tried to connect all 4 HID lights up to one wire harness, but only 2 or 3 of the light turn on in random order. I then tried connecting only 2 lights up to each harness and i can only get 1 or the other to turn on. All have power..

I must be doing something wrong can anyone help? a Diagram specific to my situation would be great.

Sounds like your not getting enough juice to each light to turn on. I ran a 10 gauge wire from the battery to a 30 amp relay to power two fog lights on my truck. Maybe your wire is too small for all of them at once?

I'm using 10 gauge wire. The oem wiring harness must be a 16g. So maybe il have to run a wire from the battery to a relay and then use the stock harness for the relay

I figured it out. You can buy a 4 light relay harness on ebay for $20. they all work with no problems.
