I've made 7 bumpers so far I believe.....and I have one sitting at my buddy's shop that Rich is gonna be getting.
I'm supposed to get some shipping quotes for other people, blah, blah, blah :hehe:


How I did it?
Cut, Weld, Grind, Smooth, Prep, and paint.... :D

I have seen a few pics of truck swith headlights or some other types of lights mounted in the bumper. Has anyone on here done this? And how did you do it? Pics?

By the way you know I can hook you up with those lights in the bumper u got all the tools i need except my bottle of wild turkey 101 :redspotdance:

You, my tools and a bottle of Wild Turkey 101 have no business being near my truck! LOL

It's really not that hard if you have the tools (bandsaw, plasma cutter, welder, grinders, sanders, etc..), just time consuming.


I made the one on my 2001 just from seeing a pic in a Four Wheeler mag in 02-03 and ordering up the lights.
I figured "worst case scenario, I have to buy another bumper :hehe: "
Did the lights, reshaped the corners, etc..
