didnt go as well as id hoped, there's some little bugs that need ironed out. Right now the fuel system (or lack there of) is the big problem, im running 2 stock pumps in series with stock intank stuff and its not near enough fuel. Which i knew it was going to have some effect, but i figured it would work better than it did. Tuning needs fine tuned. Tony hasnt had much time at all to tune- no tuning at the track just on back roads. The 2-3 and 3-4 shifts are too early and it would bog down then take back off when the rpms came up a little higher. Anyway [email protected] 102 mph- 2.4 60' was the fastest and a [email protected] 100 was the quickest. Truck weighs 7920 lbs. Im still trying to figure out why the boost is 8 psi lower in this truck than it was in the old truck. I know boost doesnt necesarily mean hp, but 8 psi difference is alot.

Your problem is really simple, just read your sig, it's an overweight bastard truck:poke::D

I feel your pane on the not expected track stuff. First time at the track witth the new turbo for me ended up with a broken hub and a 14.7 with a 3.2 60 foot time. That is kinda weird that the boost is 8 lbs lower with the new truck. Maby it just isnt tuned as well as the other one was. Best of luck to ya hope you get it figured out.

Sounds like a TW at the track day is in order after you address the fuel. Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? By the way [email protected] 100mph sure is not slow in my book.

yes i have a fuel pressure gauge. It moves faster than the boost gauge does, just in the opposite direction lol. IMO [email protected] is not good, this same setup in old truck dynoed just shy of 600 rwhp and 100 mph does not back that up at all (need to trap 104ish for 600). When i get fuel system and a couple other little things worked out, i'll get soem tuning done at the track. Trapping 102 on basically a stock fuel system the truck definatly has alot left in it. Hell i just ran the numbers over at tdg calcs, 570 rwhp aint bad on this fuel system!
