O.k. I'm still having the same problem, Tom was very helpful with running the diagnostics, I thought I had it diagnosed But I'm not having much luck. Truck is very hard to start, I had a diagnostic run on it with a friends Auto Enginuity program and it showed that the truck was barely getting up to 490 in oil pressure just for it to start with the engine working cycle at 60%, way to high. Once the truck starts it seems fine, But the work cycle is very high even at idle, with the oil pressure struggling. I was getting a failure at injector #8, so we assumed it was the injector o-rings, ran a Buzz test on all injectors and they were good. Here is a list of what I have replaced so far and the truck is still acting the same way, cranks over for 10 to 15 seconds until pressure is built up to a minimum of 500 to start.

The only thing I haven't changed because I replaced it 2 years ago is the HPOP.
