looks like my set-up is right at 400 HP best was 402 tq best was 712 . dyno was a dynojet
two lower ones are my tow setting. he used 3500 rpms for red line so could have gotten better numbers maybe? not too bad for 15 year old truck with 293.000 miles :)

when the D-66 needs replacing I will steep up to something more suited for the 238's I got the D-66 when I still had the 150s in it. I am sure it would be happy with a bigger turbo. someday.

FWIW here is my experience with Swamps tunes. When I had my 200/30% Swamps hybrid injectors I tried different tunes. I had DP live tunes and dynoed 420hp/859tq. With Swamps tunes the highest it would dyno with Swamps tunes were 350 hp. Same day dyno runs were DP tunes dynoed in the morning and Swamps tunes dynoed in the afternoon. 70 hp difference between tuners in the same day. No changes other than different chip and tuner. The 420 hp is right in line for a 200/30% hybrid injector.
It is what it is but if Swamps sells 200/30% hybrids and provides tunes for them why the low dyno numbers? You would think they would have the tunes nailed down for their injectors. Before my 38R was installed I had a Turbonetics j/b same tunes same setup and dynoed 410hp/849tq.

I would think a tweak in tunes would help your setup unless the D66 is limiting you.

D66 is not limiting, we have made over 500hp with it many times.

You should take a trip North sometime and let us show you on the dyno what a difference tuning can make...

Come to the track, run your DP tuner and then put on that swamps chip. If you don't have the Swamps chip I will supply one with the same Swamps tuning you had back then. MPH will tell the tale, forget what that dyno said.

Greg will come in here and try to swat me down but the numbers don't lie. My truck did 509 rwhp on that dyno the same day with Swamps tunes. A few weeks later with NO changes it ran 12.0's on fuel and 11's on a single stage of nitrous.

For the record that engine was still powering my truck up until 2 weeks ago at full power when I yanked it to put a fresh long block in it because I plan to run the truck around the country a little this year. Hypermax rods may be going in that engine, I haven't decided yet.
