It was wild hog corn fed for about a year ...Marinaded for a day with vinegar and salt. then peppered and salted then rubbed with paprika, cayenne, onion powder and fresh garlic . Grilled At 200 for 5 hours and then I boiled up some vinegar, ketchup, Worchestchire sauce and mopped it on at the end and NOW its all gone....Tate
