I have used both and powerstrokenation.com. I have also found a dealer that will come real close to internet prices. It does not hurt to ask. I would rather give the business to a local guy, but I am not going to grossly overpay.
powerstrokeshop just didn't work for me, but the fast part network did, kinda strange since it's basically the same thing... But I got the parts, didn't pay too much and they were "stock" parts as far as I could tell.
I used Powerstrokeshop.com last year for a bunch of random bolts and oil cooler gaskets and everything worked out great. I emailed them asking for part numbers and they responded rather quickly with the correct parts.
Anyone care to explain the problems they had with them? I was thinking of using them again for some other parts I need.
I'm trying out Tasca Ford in RI for a trans cooler for me, and for a replacement OE mirror on my wife's Aviator. They were consistently lowest of any place I checked for both parts by at least $20, including Powerstrokeshop. We'll see how the customer service goes...
