Will 4.10 gears from a 1999 excursion fit my 2010 f250? What differential does my f250 have 10.25 or 10.50? Please, i need help determining this asap.
Also, yukon gears, what would be the part number for my f250?

most likely yes..i believe they both have sterling 10.25's ... the diff cover tells the story.

your f250 has a 10.5,they all do now..99-10.To answer your question, yes you can do it ,however you need a special installation kit, this kit will have a special pinion spacer that is needed in all 08 and up 10.5 axle's. the spacer will go between the head of the pinion and the inner bearing, after that its pretty much installation as usual but you will need this kit.

If you use the correct 2008 and up inner bearing+ race you don't need a spacer. The new bearing is MUCH strong than the bearing used in the 99-07 10.50 axles. That's the correct way to build this later version 10.50 axle.
