Trying to get all the part numbers together and such so I can build my fuel system.

The way I've got it figured I'm going to use the Napa # 3405 (Fleetgaurd FS1212) water seperator pre pump. Then Napa # 3674 2 micon filter post pump. Does that sound right?

Thanks Dennis, funny you should mention the short version because I just came across that and will be using it as well.

Any ideas on what the part number for the dual inlet/outlet filter head is? Can't seem to track that down.

I dont know the part numbers but thats what I have and the dual filter heads... I just need to take the time to install it all... And I guess I need to buy dennis delete kit...

Thanks Tom, I've looked over your pictures numerous times. My system will be quite a bit like yours, with the exception of the high performance pump. I've thought about doing the fuel heater but I'm not sure if I will...

I dont think a fuel heater is nessasary unless in Extream temps... I'm not going to have one...

If you use that same filter head prepump you can always add a heater later if you decide you need one too. I think they even come in two wattages and have a built in thermostat.

You need napa # 4770 for the dual inlet/outlet aluminum bases. The shorter (7" long) 2 micron filter is Napa 3528. I use these same bases and filters.

What is the ID of your smallest connector / adapter in the system?

What about bio diesel? What kind of line should I use for bio?

Could you run the Napa #3405 that is a 2 micron filter/water seperator before the filter and call it good? or do you realy need another 2 micron filter after the pump?

Having a good filter post pump also protects the injectors from any pump debris.

I would probably run BOTH pumps off a relay with larger wire to, directly to the battery or a power distribution block. Trigger the relay with the factory wiring so it's still PCM controlled.
