Ok...... super frustrated with this fuel pump delete. Have removed and plugged the manual fuel pump. Removed the bango bolt and just put a “T” fitting in place.

Had a small fuel pump on the side rail.... but didn’t read the specs. It only produced about 5 psi. Barely enough to keep it at idle.

We now have the bosch style pump installed. No fuel flow. No fuel pressure . We pulled the inline pump back off and tried to fill with diesel still no fuel flow. I turned it around backwards and forwards and still nothing.

This seems pretty straight forward, I have so idea what I’m doing wrong.

No, we haven’t deleted the fuel bowl yet. We were wanting to upgrade one piece at a time, to understand systems a little better, and we are starting a hot shot company, so.... we are on a budget. Both my fathers and my fuel pump have gone down at the same time. We decided this would be the time to upgrade opposed to installing the old mechanical.
