I am trying to get everything I need to install BTS Dual Hpop. I called Dennis ITP, he said they no longer make a fuel system for the BTS. Does anyone know of another brand or what I need to make it work.

If Im not mistaken ITP makes a kit for BTS but it is available only through BTS. Try calling Patti & Brian.

itp, Di, and dieselsite all seem to have good kits.

what are you wants/ needs
are you after only the lines up by the motor or a whole system.

Plenty of options.
tank mods, larger line, prepump filters, fasspump/ airdog
bigger lines to a 2 micron post pump filter , fuel bowl delete reg return etc..

if not get creative , airflow has lots of filters, and mounting, summit has lines and fittings , walbro pumps etc..

I am only interested in doing the lines on top of the motor. Just trying to keep my stock fuel bowl and make it work.

I don't build it any longer. BTS changed the pump setup, which made the pile of regulator mounting hardware I have here useless because it was for the old setup with the 530 pump. When I went to redesign the kits with the S.S. braided hoses and such, BTS was supposed to send me the mounting hardware they had been using and I would develop the rest around that for a kit that would be sold exclusively through them. They never sent it and subsequently I never redesigned the kit. I have not made a kit to fit a BTS pump setup in well over a year. I'm guessing that they've developed their own kit by now, or are just suggesting that people build one "custom".

The BTS kit I am trying to install is the older system. It uses the 530 pump.

I don't know about the older 530 pump but I know that my new reverse stock pump for BTS works well with the Diesel Innovations Regulated Return.

which made the pile of regulator mounting hardware I have here useless because it was for the old setup with the 530 pump
maybe not so useless after all.

If all you need is to keep the stock fuel filter , thats easy.

All you have to do is extend the lines going to the filter, a little encouragement to the fuel lines to the heads, and move the filter up. If you'd like I got mine off the engine now for the rebuild, and I am going to the ITP regulted return fuel bowl delete. You can get my old setup ,if your interested PM me. I even made a new bracket to bolt the filter housing back the top of the res. Looks like factory to "chevy guys" lol

Of course mine was for the swamps gen 3 pump, but it should work the same.

On edit--
I came back later and changed the lines to feed the heads from the front fittings only. Used OBS hoses, and fittings from the filter to the heads. MUCH BETTER !! I do still have all that stuff.

I talk to BTS, they do not have a kit.

I ordered the DI Regulated return. Can't wait to get all of this together.
