Seems that there is fuel in the valley on the 2000.
Looks like the hard line from the front driver fuel rail to the
left side of fuel bowl has rusted through and is weeping.
Does not look like fuel bowl is leaking
Anyone know what this line is called and i am sure its a ford part only

Could be a fuel line but i would think, it is the drain valve leaking.
Pop four torq screws off the valve , swap out two orings and back on.

On the fuel lines there are a different set of orings...dieselsite sells those.
Last time my fuel bowl was off mine looked poor but havent leaked.

So after more research it is the drain valve any cautions on replacing
the orings on there way as i type.
It seems not to be to hard of a job

Stand on head use a torq bit and a 1/4 drive maybe, i used one from a drill and a 1/4 box wrench that had a ratchet...put my finge on the end so the sob would quit falling into valley. My orings on oem were so flat i thought they were not there. I used small pic, pop pop , insert new rings poped back on.
