So after getting home this morning I decided to check my heat on the manifold at each cylinder after driving home. Is it normal for one bank to be a lot cooler than the other while running. I know i need injectors but it still runs not to bad. The passengers side bank was around 240 to 260 while the other side was at 165 to 190. Just wondering if this is normal?

No. All cylinders are under the same pressure firing the same amount of fuel theoretically as designed. If they don’t resemble the approximate heat signature somethings not right.

Having said that, on a technicality - if it ain’t broke don’t fix it - replace it when you have the money. It’s not missing, hissing or burping, keep driving.

All that above is what I would do but your approach may vary.
