I have a 2010 6.4l and after changing the oil, and fuel filters it drove fine for a day and then the next day it died pulling out of the driveway. I primed it like normal to remove any air and it will start after 20 times of doing that then die in 30 seconds.

I am hoping it is the fuel sending unit in the tank. I got the loan a tool from Orielly but tbh I do not know how to use it and there is no instructions.

Any help would be awesome, I need my truck back asap or figure something else out.

Thanks in advance!

Try removing and reinstalling fuel filters, upper and lower? O rings on the caps seated correctly? And visible leaks?

Ill change both of those out again. No visible leaks that I can see but I will give it a shot.

Thank you for the help! I will let you know after I check them.

So, I changed them out and that wasn't the issue. The pressure testing tool I used from autozone was not working. Used parts of it to create a way to bleed the air and there was a TON of air in it. Now we are back and running!! Thank you guys for all the help and advice!
