Actually PHP makes a nice set of high tech covers for the IC tubes that keeps them cold to the touch and I put them on my truck since the tubes got so hot I couldn't touch them and they looked like a dryer vent tube only silver. His site is www.paulshp.com they were pretty cheap too. I can't imagine it helping the cold air charge with those tubes being too hot to touch or maybe it doesn't matter just an option in case anyone is interested.
