trying to install a h2e kit and didn't know it used what i call flange the piece of metal that holds the dough nut gasket and pipe into the pedestal, is this the part # for it

Not sure about a part number.
Your "kit" didnt come with the one you need?

nope , the hypermax kit uses the factory turbo stuff, and my factory turbo crap has been gone in the wind for a few years

I think that is the right part number. I believe the one you posted is for the manifold connection.
