Hey so I been messing around with my f350 if u seen my previous post. I figured out that the glow plug relay was not getting a ground signal from the pcm I'm not sure if it's bad connection I tried unplugging the oil temp sensor but it didnt activate the relay so i jumped the relay to get the glow plugs going I heard the click then did a long crank to get her started she cranks at about 400 hpop psi and she doesn't hold idle unless I keep cranking until rpms are over about 400. The hpop stays at under 400 psi so I unplugged the icp,the truck then would not start j would see oil pressure on the guage and it will try but it will not fire up so i then plugged back in. At idle if I try to give any gas the car stalls before i could get it to Rev to about 1.5k rpm but now I'm not getting anything .
Here are the readings I was getting at idle. I know i have a boost leak and a ebp sensor fault but what would cause these other issues could it be bad injectors seals or no compression? I also checked the nut on the ipr and did a injector buzz test and all injectors passed I plan on pulling valve covers tomorrow to check for leaky orings.

No reason to pull valve covers yet. Could you post those readings? What does your fuel / fuel filter look like? As long as you are in there, change it and clean the bowl. Motorcraft or Wix fuel filter, please.

Check the green and red tubes that are on the turbo and intake boot. The rubber fittings tend to crack and split. Also make sure the boots are secure. Have you changed your air filter yet? Motorcraft, please.

Here are my readings at idle also I was seeing that when cranking on the h-pop pressure it would randomly shoot up to like 800 and the car would Rev up a little bit and then it would die back down so I'm definitely thinking that injector is not sealing or something since the pressure is fluctuating like it's breifly Sealing then unsealing so today I did check the fuel bowl I'm not sure what it supposed to look like but it look clear to me with a blue ish tint looked clean to it had no contaminants in it didn't see any oil I also did pull off the bolt on the top of the h-pop to see the oil level in the h-pop and it was right under the threads I'm not sure the color that is supposed to be but it was like a brownish color the same color as the dipstick maybe darker . I have a IPR valve coming so I can check if it is sticking but as far as I'm concerned I believe it is a valve or a pressure issue as far as something not sealing

What @matthewd11 ^^^ said.

Do you have a massive High Pressure Oil Leak?

If not, it is probably the High Pressure Oil Pump or bad Injector Pressure Regulator.

The PCM is telling the IPR to increase the High Pressure Oil rails, and either the IPR is failing or the HPOP cannot generate the pressure needed.

I'm not sure there is a pool of oil right under ther turbo so I'm pretty sure it's leak when cranking I see the hpop pressure briefly keeping pressure at 800 sometimes and truck comes to life then it drops and dies out at 3-400 psi

Clean the engine thoroughly and determine where the oil is coming from. Specifically, check the ports on each of the heads. There are four on each side. Most have plugs in them, but the HP Oil lines and the ICP sensor are in 3 of the ports.
